Server and Storage Product Line Manager

Since 2005, ICD has supplied enterprise servers, storage, networking parts and data centre maintenance to businesses in Egypt, the Gulf, Africa and beyond.

Customers trust ICD to have the right part data and a clear offer for the systems they run. This role manages the server and storage range end to end: part data, demand, suppliers and the offer to customers.

• Own the server and storage product line across Dell, HPE, Lenovo, IBM, NetApp and other brands.
• Keep item data accurate in ERPNext, including OEM part numbers, specifications, item groups and images.
• Analyse customer requests and demand trends to decide which parts and systems to focus on.
• Work with the sourcing team on supplier coverage and lead times.
• Track end-of-life announcements and identify compatible alternatives with presales.
• Brief sales, presales and marketing on the range and support product content for icd3s.com.
• Report on line performance, demand and gaps in the range.

• 4+ years in product management, category management or presales for enterprise IT hardware.
• Strong knowledge of server and storage platforms and their components.
• Analytical skills and confidence with data and spreadsheets.
• Experience working with suppliers and sales teams.
• Working knowledge of an ERP system (ERPNext preferred).
• A structured, detail-oriented approach to product data.

• Experience in parts distribution, refurbishment or TPM.
• Knowledge of OEM part numbering and spare part catalogues.
• Vendor technical certifications.
• Degree in engineering, computer science or business.

English required; Arabic is an advantage.

Up to 15% travel.
