Transit Insurance
All-risk insurance available on any international shipment. Covers loss, physical damage, theft, act-of-God events. Cost quoted separately per shipment based on declared CIF value. Recommended for high-value shipments and sensitive destinations.
Enterprise-Grade Packaging
Anti-static double-walled corrugated boxes, appropriate cushioning, foam inserts for optical modules and controllers. Heavy items (PSUs, chassis, shelves) use reinforced crating. Serial-number labels preserved on outer boxes.
Real-Time Tracking
Dispatch confirmation with AWB and carrier URL. Photos of packed shipment. WhatsApp tracking updates for urgent shipments on request. Proof of Delivery confirmed once carrier marks POD.
Warranty RMA Shipping
For in-warranty returns, ICD covers inbound freight from most countries back to Cairo. Replacement part ships within 2–3 business days of receipt. Advance replacement available under ICD Care+ maintenance contracts.
Customs + Compliance
Enterprise server hardware classifies under HS codes 8471 (computing equipment) and 8517 (telecommunications apparatus). Import duty and VAT vary by destination. ICD provides all documentation your clearing agent needs. For countries requiring pre-shipment inspection (PVoC Kenya, SONCAP Nigeria, NRCS South Africa, etc.) we coordinate with approved inspection agents (Intertek, Bureau Veritas, SGS).
For large projects or new destinations, we provide a pre-shipment tariff classification review and recommend trusted local clearing agents on request.

Do you ship to residential addresses?
Yes, but business addresses and data-center receiving docks are preferred for security and accurate handover. Residential delivery may require recipient signature and valid ID.
Can you ship to a freight forwarder I already use?
Yes. Under FCA or EXW Incoterm, we deliver to your nominated forwarder in Cairo or hand over at our warehouse.
What if my country requires pre-shipment inspection?
We coordinate with approved inspection agents (Intertek, Bureau Veritas, SGS) where required. Let us know at quote stage.
Do you consolidate multi-item orders into a single shipment?
Yes, by default. Split shipments available on request.
Who pays import duty and VAT?
Importer of record (usually the customer) — except under DDP Incoterm where ICD covers all destination charges. We advise likely duty and VAT rates at quote stage.
Can you deliver urgent same-day within Cairo?
Yes. Same-day hand-carry delivery in Cairo Metro (Maadi, Mohandseen, Heliopolis, New Cairo, 6th October). Contact sales for same-day logistics.
Can you label shipments for a specific data-center inbound procedure?
