2. Secure Media Intake: Failed drives or storage media are collected from your facility with documented chain of custody. For multi-drive RAID failures, we recommend shipping the complete drive set to preserve array metadata.
3. Diagnostic and Recovery: Our specialists diagnose the failure mode in our controlled recovery environment. We provide a detailed report of recoverable data before proceeding, so you authorize recovery only when the outcome meets your requirements.
4. Data Return: Recovered data is transferred to new enterprise-grade media and securely delivered to your facility. We retain an encrypted backup for 30 days as insurance, then perform certified destruction of all copies.
