How Refurbished Storage Procurement Works

1. Requirements Analysis: Share your storage workload requirements including capacity, IOPS, throughput, protocol support (FC, iSCSI, NFS, SMB), and rack space constraints. Our storage engineers will recommend platforms and configurations.
2. Configuration and Pricing: We provide a detailed configuration with controller specifications, drive types and quantities, connectivity options, and total pricing including optional maintenance coverage.
3. Assembly and Certification: Your storage system is assembled and subjected to comprehensive testing including controller failover validation, drive rebuild testing, performance benchmarking, and firmware verification.
4. Deployment Support: Systems ship fully configured and tested. ICD engineers provide remote or on-site assistance with initial deployment, zoning, LUN provisioning, and host connectivity.
