MediaRange Product Manager

Since 2005, ICD has supplied enterprise servers, storage, networking parts and data centre maintenance to businesses in Egypt, the Gulf, Africa and beyond.

A focused product line needs one owner who knows its range, its data and its customers. This role manages the MediaRange line at ICD so that customers find the right product and sales can answer every request with confidence.

• Own the MediaRange product line at ICD: range selection, part data and product information.
• Keep item records in ERPNext complete and accurate, including part numbers, specifications, item groups and product images.
• Track customer demand and request patterns for the line and recommend range changes.
• Work with procurement on supply, availability and lead times for the range.
• Prepare product information and training for the sales team and partners.
• Support marketing with product content for icd3s.com and campaigns.
• Report regularly on line performance, demand and open issues.

• 3+ years in product management, category management or product marketing for IT products or electronics.
• Strong attention to detail in product data and catalogue management.
• Experience working with suppliers and sales teams.
• Analytical skills with spreadsheets and reporting.
• Working knowledge of an ERP or product information system (ERPNext preferred).
• Clear writing for product descriptions and training material.

• Experience with data storage media or IT accessories.
• Experience with e-commerce or website product content.
• Knowledge of IT distribution in Egypt, the GCC or Africa.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a technical field.

English required; Arabic is an advantage.

Up to 15% travel for supplier and customer meetings.
