Sales Account Manager

Since 2005, ICD has supplied enterprise servers, storage, networking parts and data centre maintenance to businesses in Egypt, the Gulf, Africa and beyond.

Customers come back to the supplier who answers fast and gets the part right. This role looks after business customers from first request to order for Dell, HPE, Lenovo and Cisco parts and makes ICD that supplier.

• Manage a portfolio of business customers and respond to their requests for Dell, HPE, Lenovo and Cisco parts and systems.
• Work with presales to confirm the right parts and with the quote desk to issue clear, accurate quotations.
• Follow up every quotation to a decision and convert it into a confirmed order.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics on lead times and delivery, and keep customers informed.
• Develop each account by introducing TPM, professional services and EKODAQ IT asset disposition where relevant.
• Win new customers within the assigned territory or segment.
• Keep opportunities, contacts and activities current in ERPNext.

• 3+ years in B2B sales or account management, preferably in IT hardware.
• Basic knowledge of server, storage and networking components.
• Strong follow-up and organisation skills.
• Clear spoken and written communication.
• Customer focus and the ability to handle several requests at once.
• Working knowledge of a CRM or ERP system (ERPNext preferred).

• Experience at an IT distributor, reseller or system integrator.
• Knowledge of OEM part numbering for Dell or HPE.
• Existing customer network in Egypt or the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree.

English and Arabic required.

Up to 20% travel for customer visits.
