Saudi Arabia Account Manager

Since 2005, ICD has supplied enterprise servers, storage, networking parts and data centre maintenance to businesses in Egypt, the Gulf, Africa and beyond.

Saudi Arabia is one of the largest IT markets in the region, with enterprises and government entities that run large data centre estates. This role builds and looks after ICD's business customers in the Kingdom for enterprise server, storage and networking parts.

• Build and manage a portfolio of business customers in Saudi Arabia for enterprise server, storage and networking parts and complete systems.
• Win new accounts among enterprises, government bodies, system integrators and resellers in Saudi Arabia.
• Record every request accurately in ERPNext and work with presales and the quote desk to send clear, correct quotations.
• Follow each quotation through to a decision and each order through to delivery, working with logistics on shipping and customs into Saudi Arabia.
• Introduce third-party maintenance (TPM), professional services and EKODAQ IT asset disposition and data sanitisation where customers need them.
• Cover the main business centres, including Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province, with regular customer visits.
• Support vendor registration and supplier qualification with Saudi customers and government entities.
• Report on pipeline, market activity and customer feedback to the Saudi Arabia Country Manager.

• 3+ years in B2B technology sales or account management with customers in Saudi Arabia.
• Good understanding of server, storage and networking parts and how enterprises maintain them.
• Established network of IT buyers, system integrators or resellers in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong follow-up, organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with colleagues in other countries.
• Working knowledge of a CRM or ERP system (ERPNext preferred).

• Experience at an IT distributor, reseller or system integrator.
• Knowledge of import, customs and delivery practices for IT equipment in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience with third-party maintenance or IT asset disposition services.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field.

Arabic and English required.

Around 40% travel within Saudi Arabia.
