Sales Operations Associate

Since 2005, ICD has supplied enterprise servers, storage, networking parts and data centre maintenance to businesses in Egypt, the Gulf, Africa and beyond.

Orders move smoothly only when records, documents and follow-ups are right at every step. This role supports the sales team from request to delivery so that account managers can focus on customers.

• Register new customer requests and contacts in ERPNext with complete details.
• Prepare sales orders and order documents from accepted quotations.
• Follow up orders with procurement, warehouse and logistics and update their status.
• Send order confirmations, delivery updates and document copies to customers.
• Keep customer records, files and notes complete and organised.
• Assist with simple reports on orders and open follow-ups.

• 0-2 years in sales support, administration or customer service.
• Good computer skills, including email and spreadsheets.
• Organised, accurate and able to follow procedures.
• Clear communication by email and phone.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Experience with ERPNext or another ERP system.
• Interest in IT hardware.
• Experience in a distribution or trading company.

English and Arabic required.

Office-based; no travel.
