Inside Sales Representative

Since 2005, ICD has supplied enterprise servers, storage, networking parts and data centre maintenance to businesses in Egypt, the Gulf, Africa and beyond.

Most customer requests reach ICD by phone and email, and a fast, accurate first answer often decides who wins the order. This role is the first voice customers hear and keeps every request moving to an order.

• Answer inbound customer requests by phone, email and WhatsApp quickly and professionally.
• Record each request accurately in ERPNext with part numbers, quantities, system models and customer details.
• Work with presales engineers to confirm the exact part for the customer's server, storage or networking system.
• Send quotations prepared with the quote desk and follow up until the customer decides.
• Follow each confirmed order through to delivery and keep the customer informed.
• Spot repeat needs and pass larger opportunities to account managers.
• Keep contact records, notes and activities complete and up to date.

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service or a contact centre; recent graduates are welcome.
• Interest in IT hardware and willingness to learn server, storage and networking part numbers.
• Clear, polite communication by phone and in writing.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident user of email, spreadsheets and business software.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

• Internship or experience at an IT distributor or reseller.
• Basic knowledge of Dell, HPE or Lenovo server platforms.
• Experience with ERPNext or another CRM.

English and Arabic required.

Office-based; little or no travel.
