Enterprise and Government Key Account Manager

Since 2005, ICD has supplied enterprise servers, storage, networking parts and data centre maintenance to businesses in Egypt, the Gulf, Africa and beyond.

Large enterprises and government bodies run critical systems that cannot wait for parts or support. This role owns ICD's largest accounts and grows each one through reliable delivery and long-term trust.

• Own a portfolio of ICD's largest enterprise and government accounts and build a long-term plan for each.
• Map each account's installed base of servers, storage and networking equipment, support coverage and upcoming refresh or retirement projects.
• Grow each account across enterprise parts, complete systems, TPM, professional services and EKODAQ IT asset disposition.
• Lead responses to tenders and formal requests together with presales, procurement and legal colleagues.
• Build relationships at every level of each account, from engineers to IT leadership and procurement.
• Hold regular account reviews on delivery, service performance and upcoming needs.
• Keep account plans, opportunities and contacts current in ERPNext and forecast accurately.

• 7+ years in key account management for enterprise or public sector customers in IT hardware or services.
• Experience with formal tender, framework agreement and procurement processes.
• Solid understanding of data centre infrastructure: servers, storage and networking.
• Proven ability to grow large accounts over several years.
• Strong writing skills for proposals and formal correspondence.
• Working knowledge of a CRM or ERP system (ERPNext preferred).

• Experience with banking, telecom, energy or government sectors in Egypt or the GCC.
• Knowledge of TPM contracts and service level agreements.
• Familiarity with data security and certified data sanitisation requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or computer science.

English and Arabic required.

Around 25% travel, mainly customer visits in Egypt.
