Warehouse and Inventory Controller

Enterprise parts are high value and are tracked by serial number from the moment they arrive until the moment they ship. The Warehouse and Inventory Controller keeps that record exact, so every part can be found, traced and delivered without error.

• Receive incoming shipments, check them against purchase orders and record part numbers and serial numbers in the ERP.
• Store parts by location with correct labelling, anti-static protection and safe handling.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders against approved delivery notes, with serial numbers scanned and checked.
• Move parts to and from the service centre for testing and record every transfer.
• Run cycle counts and periodic stock takes, investigate differences and report them.
• Manage returned and quarantined stock (RMA, faulty, awaiting test) in separate, clearly marked areas.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and organised and follow health and safety rules.

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1-2 years in warehouse, stores or inventory control, ideally for electronics or spare parts.
• Accuracy with part numbers, serial numbers and stock records.
• Confident use of barcode scanners, spreadsheets and an ERP or warehouse system.
• Ability to handle packages and equipment safely, with reasonable adjustments available.

• Knowledge of server, storage and networking parts.
• Experience with ERPNext stock and serial-number modules.
• Basic health and safety or forklift certificate.

Fluent Arabic; working English to read part labels and system screens.

Office based; occasional local travel only.
