Saudi Arabia Country Manager

Since 2005, ICD has supplied enterprise servers, storage, networking parts and data centre maintenance to businesses in Egypt, the Gulf, Africa and beyond.

Saudi Arabia is one of the largest IT markets ICD serves, with enterprises, government bodies and integrators investing in data centre infrastructure. The Saudi Arabia Country Manager leads ICD's business in the Kingdom and builds its customer and partner base there.

• Own the Saudi Arabia business plan, revenue targets and pipeline.
• Build relationships with enterprise, government, system integrator and reseller customers across the Kingdom.
• Lead the Saudi Arabia Account Manager and coordinate presales and sourcing support from ICD's regional teams.
• Lead responses to tenders and requests for quotation, including local registration and vendor qualification requirements.
• Develop channel partners for parts, complete systems, third-party maintenance and ITAD services.
• Coordinate with logistics and trade compliance so shipments meet Saudi import and conformity requirements.
• Report performance and market insight to the Commercial Director each month.

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field.
• At least eight years in enterprise IT sales or distribution in Saudi Arabia, including three years in a leadership role.
• Established relationships with IT buyers, integrators and resellers in the Kingdom.
• Sound knowledge of servers, storage and networking.
• Experience with Saudi government and semi-government procurement.
• The right to work in Saudi Arabia, or eligibility through ICD's employer-of-record partner.

• Experience with third-party maintenance or ITAD services.
• Familiarity with Saudi government procurement platforms such as Etimad.
• Experience with ERPNext or another CRM or ERP.
• An existing partner network in other GCC markets.

Fluent Arabic and English.

Frequent travel within Saudi Arabia, with occasional trips to Dubai and Cairo; up to 50% of working time.
