ICD's catalogue covers a very wide range of enterprise part numbers, and each one must be correct, compatible and available from a trusted source. This analyst turns market and technical research into reliable part data that sales, buyers and the website depend on.

• Research OEM part numbers, FRU and option equivalents, specifications and compatibility for Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, IBM and NetApp systems.
• Build and maintain part records in the ERP: description, item group, specifications and cross-references, following ICD's catalogue rules.
• Monitor market availability, lead times and end-of-life notices, and alert buyers and sales to changes.
• Identify and profile new suppliers in the US, the UK and Europe, and record them for qualification.
• Analyse sourcing data to show which part families are in demand and where supply is at risk.
• Support presales with fast answers on alternatives and upgrade paths.
• Keep product data accurate for the website catalogue in coordination with marketing.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business analytics or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years in parts research, product data, technical sourcing or market analysis in IT hardware.
• Good knowledge of server, storage and networking components and how OEM part numbering works.
• Strong research skills and careful, structured data entry.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills; ability to summarise findings clearly.

• CompTIA Server+ or similar hardware certification.
• Experience with SQL, Python or BI tools for data analysis.
• Experience with ERPNext item masters or product information management.

Professional English, spoken and written; Arabic or French is an advantage.

Hybrid: some days in the office, some days from home; occasional local travel only.
