Since 2005, ICD has supplied enterprise servers, storage, networking parts and data centre maintenance to businesses in Egypt, the Gulf, Africa and beyond.

Parts and documents often need to reach a customer's data centre or a supplier's office the same day, and the courier is the person who makes that happen. Careful handling and accurate hand-over records protect the hardware and ICD's reputation for reliability.

• Deliver and collect server, storage and networking parts, contracts and shipping documents across Greater Cairo following the daily route plan.
• Handle sensitive hardware such as drives, memory modules and RAID controllers in anti-static packaging and keep every parcel sealed until hand-over.
• Obtain signed proof of delivery or collection and check each parcel's serial numbers against the delivery note.
• Update the delivery status in the company system or agreed messaging channel as soon as each stop is complete.
• Collect returned or faulty parts (RMA) from customers and bring them back to the service centre with their paperwork.
• Visit banks, shipping agents and government offices to submit or collect documents when requested.
• Keep trip and expense records accurate and report any delay, damage or incident immediately.

• Valid driving licence (car or motorcycle) and a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of Greater Cairo roads and districts.
• At least 1 year of experience as a courier, delivery driver or office messenger.
• Basic smartphone skills: maps, messaging and photo proof of delivery.
• Reliable, punctual and careful with valuable items and confidential documents.

• Experience delivering electronics or IT equipment.
• Familiarity with procedures at banks, shipping agents or customs offices.
• Basic English reading for labels, part numbers and delivery notes.

Fluent Arabic; basic English to read labels and delivery notes.

Daily travel across Greater Cairo; no overnight travel expected.
