Financial Planning Analyst

Since 2005, ICD has supplied enterprise servers, storage, networking parts and data centre maintenance to businesses in Egypt, the Gulf, Africa and beyond.

Good decisions on stock, markets and hiring need clear numbers about where ICD is heading. The Financial Planning Analyst turns ERPNext data into budgets, forecasts and performance insight that leaders use every month.

• Build the annual budget model with department heads and the Finance Manager.
• Prepare monthly rolling forecasts of revenue, costs and cash.
• Analyse performance by market, customer segment and product line, and explain variances.
• Produce monthly management dashboards and board-ready reports.
• Model scenarios for new markets, branches, hires and service lines.
• Improve the quality and structure of financial data in ERPNext with the accounting team.
• Track key indicators such as days sales outstanding, inventory turnover and operating expenses.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics.
• Three to five years in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance or audit.
• Advanced modelling skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience building budgets, forecasts and variance analyses.
• Clear written and visual communication of financial insight to non-finance leaders.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.

• Progress towards CFA, CMA or FMVA.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio or Metabase.
• Hands-on experience with ERPNext reporting.
• Experience in distribution or technology businesses.
