Memory: 8-channel DDR5 up to 5600 MT/s, ECC RDIMM, 16 DIMM slots per processor at 2 DIMMs per channel. I/O: PCIe 5.0 with 80 lanes per socket and 3 × UPI 2.0 links; supports up to 2-socket (2S) configurations. Built on Intel 7 (10 nm) lithography with AVX-512, Intel AMX, VT-x/VT-d, TXT and SGX, and is an Intel Speed Select Technology - Performance Profile (SST-PP) enabled SKU. Intel ordering code PK8072205558900; launched 14 December 2023. This is the highest-frequency 32-core SKU in the 5th Gen family and the only 32-core 5th Gen part that runs DDR5 at 5600 MT/s (all Gold 32-core 5th Gen SKUs are capped at 5200 MT/s).
