Guaranteed access to replacement parts for every system on the coverage schedule, with advance replacement from ICD stock. Your own team performs the swap, so you keep control of the machine and pay only for the parts guarantee.

On-site engineer labour is not included — your own engineers perform the replacement.

What is included

• All break-fix replacement spare parts, advance replacement from ICD stock
• Dedicated spare-parts pool held at ICD’s Cairo warehouse
• No waiting for RMA — the replacement ships first
• Remote diagnostic assistance to confirm the failed component
• All major components: CPU, memory, HDD/SSD, PSU, fans, controllers
• No per-incident charges — all-inclusive pricing
• Service credits if ICD misses a committed parts-delivery target

What is not included

• Consumables and wear items beyond rated life (batteries, backup media)
• Operating system and application software support
• Data backup, recovery or migration
• Physical, accidental, electrical or environmental damage
• Failures caused by non-ICD parts or unauthorised modification
• Site relocation

Before coverage starts

Coverage begins after an ICD health assessment of the covered systems. Any component found defective or end-of-life at assessment is excluded until repaired or replaced.

Annual spare-parts liability is capped at the annual coverage fee; value above the cap is billed at ICD cost or shared by prior written agreement. Full terms: ICD Care+ Service Terms.
