Quantum 3-04611-01 — genuine Quantum Scalar i6000 Gen3 library power supply unit (PSU), hot-swap FRU/CRU for the Scalar i6000 enterprise tape library. Fits the Gen3 power chassis of the Scalar i6000 control module and expansion / right-parking modules that contain drives; each such module must carry its own power system. The library supports a single configuration (one AC or DC line input with one DC power supply) or a redundant configuration (dual line inputs with dual DC power supplies); with a redundant supply fitted the PSU is hot-swappable and a second supply can be hot-added. AC and DC power supplies cannot be mixed — each type must be housed in its matching chassis. Generation-locked: 3-04611-01 is the Gen3 unit, while 3-04611-02 / 3-04611-03 are the Gen2 units (3-04611-03 catalogued at 1500W) — the generations are NOT interchangeable, so the library's power-chassis generation and AC/DC type must be confirmed from the customer's serial number before purchase. Scalar i6000 is a legacy platform (Quantum EOSL milestones already passed for i6000-family components), so this PSU is normally supplied as tested refurbished / factory-pulled stock; new-sealed units are scarce.
