Taj is ICD’s Operations Coordinator — the single point of contact between customer RFQs and our US and European supplier network. Every customer inquiry passes through Taj’s desk: from part-number identification and compatibility verification, through supplier sourcing and pricing, to final quotation and fulfillment tracking. Taj ensures that ICD’s quote reply within 24 hours is consistent across every engagement.

Taj works bilingually (Arabic + English) with customers across Egypt, the GCC, and African markets, and serves as the technical escalation layer for complex multi-vendor server configurations.
