Taj is ICD’s Operations Coordinator — the single point of contact between customer RFQs and our 200+ supplier network. Every customer inquiry passes through Taj’s desk: from part-number identification and compatibility verification, through supplier sourcing and pricing, to final quotation and fulfillment tracking. Taj ensures that ICD’s famous 2-4 hour RFQ turnaround is consistent across every engagement.

Taj works bilingually (Arabic + English) with customers across Egypt, the GCC, and African markets, and serves as the technical escalation layer for complex multi-vendor server configurations.
