Remote Hands Data Center Support
Physical data center tasks executed by ICD technicians under your remote direction.
ICD Professional provides remote hands services for organizations that need physical intervention at data center facilities in Egypt and the MENA region. When your infrastructure requires hands-on attention but your engineering team is not on-site, ICD remote hands technicians serve as your physical extension in the data center, executing tasks under your direction with the precision and documentation standards that enterprise environments require.
Our remote hands program is designed for colocation customers, organizations with unmanned edge sites, international companies operating infrastructure in Egypt and the Gulf region, and managed service providers who need local presence for their client deployments. ICD technicians are trained on enterprise hardware from Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, IBM, and 92 additional brands, ensuring competent handling of any equipment in your environment.

How Remote Hands Works
- Submit a Request: Contact ICD with the task description, facility location, and urgency level. For standard requests, provide 24-hour notice. Emergency dispatches are handled within 2 hours for Greater Cairo locations.
- Technician Briefing: Before arriving at your facility, the assigned technician reviews the task requirements with your remote engineering team. Access credentials and security protocols are confirmed.
- Task Execution: The technician arrives on-site, establishes communication with your remote team (phone, video, or chat), and executes the requested tasks. Every action is confirmed before proceeding to the next step.
- Completion Report: After task completion, you receive a detailed service report including work performed, photographs of completed work, any anomalies observed, and time spent on-site.
