Decommission Project Phases

1. Planning Phase: ICD project managers work with your IT and facilities teams to create a detailed decommission plan covering scope, timeline, security protocols, and logistical requirements. Every asset is inventoried and assigned a disposition path.
2. Data Destruction Phase: Before any equipment is disconnected, all storage media is sanitized or physically destroyed on-site by EKODAQ technicians. This phase produces the compliance documentation your auditors require.
3. Removal Phase: Equipment is systematically disconnected, removed from cabinets, palletized, and transported to our processing facility or directly to remarketing channels. Power and network cabling is removed and disposed of responsibly.
