Al Rajhi, Bank AlJazira and Masraf customers often prefer a Murabaha structure: bank purchases the goods from us at cost-plus, resells to the end customer at an agreed markup, no interest line on the invoice. We prepare the commercial invoice in that structure when requested, with the goods itemized per PERC PN, no financing charge disclosed. Legal has reviewed the template against Saudi commercial practice.
Deep-Technical — PERC H740 and H740P Cache Expansion
The PERC H740/H740P ships with either 4GB or 8GB of mirrored flash-backed cache depending on SKU. Expansion from 4GB to 8GB on a live controller is not a field upgrade — the cache module is bonded to the controller ASIC at manufacture. Customers sometimes order a “cache expansion module” expecting field installation; we will correct that expectation pre-quote and specify the 8GB-SKU full controller replacement path.
